Haili Byington, PA-C

Physician Assistant

Haili is a certified PA with four years of experience. She received her master's in physician assistant studies from Lipscomb University and a bachelor's in biochemistry from Chapman University. She is Dr. Clayton's right-hand man, assisting in the operating room, seeing new patient consults, and helping with post-operative care. She also enjoys consulting with patients on skin care and performing aesthetic injections. She is passionate about the variety involved in plastic surgery and helping patients feel better about themselves. When she is not at work, she loves spending time with her husband, toddler, and golden doodle.

Summer Labrum, RN

Nurse Injector

Summer is a northern California native, born and raised. She has two teenage boys who keep her active up in the mountains or at the tennis courts. She has been a nurse for almost a decade, completing her master's in nursing education four years ago. She enjoys doing our clinic's filler and BOTOX® injections, educating patients on their skin care needs, and seeing our post-op patients in the clinic each week.

Quinn Stauber, MA

Senior Medical Assistant

Quinn has worked with Dr. John Clayton for just over seven years and has been in the medical field for ten years. Quinn is the loud and talkative one of our group and absolutely loves taking care of and getting to know patients through every step of the surgical process. It makes her so happy to see men and women become the best version of themselves with plastic surgery and have the confidence they deserve. Quinn is married to the love of her life and has a 4-year-old son. When not working, you will find Quinn and her family in the mountains camping and RZR riding. She can't wait to meet you.

I’ve been working in the medical field since 1999. I started in InstaCare then went to family practice then moved to cardiology for 12 years and for the last eight years I’ve been with plastic surgery. I love seeing the patients so happy after their surgeries. Some results are life-changing and I get to be a small part of that.

Melanie Kingdon, MA

Melanie is one of our medical assistants and she has been in the medical industry since 2022. She has always wanted to work in the medical field and after raising her 3 boys decided it was time. She loves helping and working with patients. In her spare time, she enjoys time with family and being outdoors whether it's in the mountains camping or boating. She also loves to travel.

Patient Experience Representative-Scheduling/Billing

I have been working in the medical field for 5 years doing medical billing, I have worked for Dr. Clayton for 3 months and have been with Intermountain Health Care for one and a half years. I schedule in-office consultations and post-op visits, along with taking payments and any billing issues. I am also recently Medical Assistant certified. I enjoy camping, hunting, fishing, and going to the sand dunes.
