Meet Our Team

Haili Byington, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with six years of clinical experience, including nearly five years dedicated exclusively to plastic surgery alongside Dr. John L. Clayton. Her comprehensive experience encompasses all aspects of plastic surgery patient care, from consultations and individualized treatment planning to intraoperative assistance, suturing, and postoperative management.

Haili earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, with a minor in Food Science and Nutrition, from Chapman University before completing her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Lipscomb University.

With a meticulous attention to detail and a deep appreciation for the artistry and precision of plastic surgery, Haili is passionate about creating an experience that is both personalized and patient-centered. She believes the most rewarding aspect of her work is helping patients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin while achieving results that are natural, balanced, and uniquely suited to each individual.

Having worked closely with Dr. Clayton for nearly five years, Haili brings a unique continuity of care and an established understanding of his surgical philosophy and approach. She values the relationships built with patients throughout their surgical journey and is committed to providing thoughtful, attentive care from the initial consultation through recovery.

Outside of the practice, Haili enjoys spending time with her husband, her high school sweetheart, their two children, and their goldendoodle. She also enjoys audiobooks, riding her Peloton, and making the most of time with her family.

Haili is excited to continue her career alongside Dr. Clayton at 22 Plastic Surgery and looks forward to welcoming both longtime patients and those beginning their plastic surgery journey.
